Level 14, 333 Collins StMelbourne, Victoria 3000ASX: LML 25 July 2023Appointment of Director and ChairLincoln Minerals Limited (ASX:LML) are delighted to announce the appointment of Hon Ryan Smithas an independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, filling the casual vacancy.Ryan served in the Victorian Parliament for over sixteen years and served as Minister for theEnvironment in the former Coalition government, as well as holding the role of Party spokesman inover a dozen portfolios, including Planning, Resources, Energy and Infrastructure.Lincoln is determined to continue to bring a gold-standard of governance to its Board andoperations, and Ryan’s Ministerial experience will complement this endeavour.Prior to his parliamentary career, Ryan had an 18-year career in the corporate sector, working withestablished corporations including BP Finance, Orica Ltd, National Australia Bank and theCommonwealth Bank.In these roles Ryan had a particular focus on the financial markets.
