Are they kidding: "SLB, a global technology company" and "Ashok adds new energy, technology and innovation expertise to our Board."
I had to double check that SLB wasn't some new tech unicorn that I hadn't heard about yet. The announcement makes it sound like Woodside is getting renewable and tech experience.
But a quick google re-assured me that SLB is still in fact Schlumberger the oilfield services company.
