Question should also be why ASN dIdnt attract the right person/people into these roles. Chairman role is key for facilitating the actions of the board & attracting the right directors to bring new thinking, networks, experIence and opportunities to the company.
ThIs move hasn't done any of thIs, a great opporunIty gone beggIng IMO.
