Per your commentary - having the right experience will ensure you get JORC compliance & pilot plant built within the timeframe you've committed to the market.
Proving out a JORC resource is not a straight forward process. Plenty of compliance and metrics proofing to navigate - in parallel with kicking off pilot plant plans. Not to mention sourcing offtake partners to help
fund it.
A great Chairman and/or CEO are worth their weight in gold (or Lithium Hydroxide) and can really get things moving.
Given the rate at which the market is updated ANS definitely needs a different person in one of those roles. Market price is evindent that something isn't working.
