time is of the essence and there is little time for dithering and complacency on the part of Mr Munroe after a series of costly setbacks which can largely be attributed to the seeming ineptitude and incompetence of Glacier to deliver a suitable outcome to Gulf but also the auditors have a weight of responsibility to ensure that these misakes and oversights are not repeated again . By the time we reach production hopefully we are not in the midst of a Bear Market . Another squandered opportunity .
