Based on the Veritas link it seems to me there is obviously something in the wind. As Veritas has so many connected contacts I am sure there will be value brought into the BBR shell.
They are positioning themselves by the director appointment, ...my opinion, as why would you take up a board position in a company that could be seen as a lame duck with no future.
