Good news. Seems to me that DERM are keen to put as much time as possible between re-firing the pilot burn and the "incident". A couple of weeks makes no great difference in my opinion but ultimately CXY has to decide if Kingaroy can go ahead rather than one/more of the projects further out in the backlands.

DOn't forget that having a lawyer on baord also allows progression of other matters more associated with growth, e.g. joint ventures, funding, etc. Len's a canny guy, and my bet is he is focussed on getting two bites from this cherry.
