re: Ann: Appointment of director - Initial Di...
I don't understand how an individual like Gestro appointed as a company Director and being paid a non executive Director's salary who was responsible for managing a product sales contract that was producing revenue for Intermoco and it's shareholder's is legally within his rights to rack off with that contract and all it's future revenues.
In my simple mind this is tantamount to theft. Has he not committed an offence in his capacity as a Director under the corporate goverance rules ?
How is this any different to a used car salesman selling a vehicle to a buyer and putting the total sale proceeds in his pocket whilst being paid a retainer by the company ?
Why is he not being prosecuted ? It appears to me as a most despicable act from a Director who has demonstrated his true colours.
It's any wonder Intermoco cannot turn a profit when we've got Director's like Gestro running the company.
All the above is just my opinion only, I may not be right.
Secondly......Andrew Meehan, will he be paid up to his contractual date ? Maybe he will.....I don't know.
The company has amassed a cache of funds. Is it all to cover set up costs for new contracts ? Personally I doubt it.
Oh.....the pain !
What do other interested parties think ? All opinions....either good, bad or ugly are welcome. Thanks !
