    re: Ann: Appointment of Director - Mr Jonatha... Might be reading too much into it but in the announcement they have noted Mr Warners back ground specialises in "mergers and acquisitions". Is the introduction of Mr Warner needed in anticipation of such an event as where BSR would be the acquired company?
