They are doing everything in their power to ruin the 13th meeting. Well I am certain it is all ego based and if they clearly looked at the big picture they should be updating their CV's and looking for a new future elsewhere. Their future with BHD is certainly limited and I am sure the meeting will vindicate the shareholders concerns.
Obviously I am not a legal eagle to know their pitch for the court but it was a straight forward spill as far as I was concerned.
Lets hope they cant stop this very important meeting.
