Some of the requisitioning shareholders pulled out their support for the meeting once they became aware there was a better option available (that better option being the direcotrs nominated for the meeting on the 13th).
I believe that Ramcap still have enough shareholders (over 5%) to proceed with the meeting on the 12th, so make sure you send your proxy form in if you want your vote to count.
