Welcome back Blaine Ulmer to Tap as Non-Executive Director (Ex-Manager Tap). You've finally been rewarded for your loyalty to Risco. With Frank Sreesangkom (Chatchai's relative) staying as Non-Executive Director,  I think Risco+Chatchai achieved a complete takeover of Tap board. What a shame Takeover Panel did not see any collusion between these two major shareholders.
