Especially when starting something from such a "srapped for cash" position, compromise is needed.... Management must see value in keeping this Gino character in the fold.......If indeed Gino is G-Money, a recent post of his mentioned BDI's problem was capital structure not board structure, from that I presumed previous managment must have been onto some sort of capital injection that perhaps Gino was integral to....Maybe keeping Gino involved might have a material effect on BDI's bottom line.....One possible reason, no doubt time will tell.....
