Mr.Kong joined the Company in February 2014, and worked consecutively as MineManager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.
Priorto that, Mr. Kong worked as Mine Manager at Guilaizhuang Gold Mine of ShandongIndustrial Gold Corporation between 2010 and 2014.
Mr.Kong obtained his Master of Engineering degree in mining engineering fromNortheastern University in Shenyang, China."
