while he is definitely going to be good to get the momentum going towards getting finance, i hardly think jinan are going to shit themselves. Will be interesting to see what he can actually do. is a positive move for shareholders, but plenty of work to do, and looking like the construction wont start now this year....of course is my very uneducated view.
