And, to get back on track after a long deviation, when I explained above that the new Director is a Vice President, not the Vice President of DL E&C, it is to make the particular and relevant point that South Korea aligns with the US system of executive titles and A Vice President is a fair few rungs down the heirarchical company ladder from where Pie clearly but mistakenly thinks he is. A fact that Pie and Useless will never know, because they are closed to any alternative thought that might alter their static world view.
Not to say he won't do an excellent job. But it is self evident that DL E&C regard your project with less importance than you (plural) do.
