also - when the market pumps I will be selling some of my winning stocks for CGT and discount and i will likely be taking a bigger holding in HIO. the price is only 5c and that will take the average buy price down massively
also, the huge loss in HIO I can offset against my other gains for this FY. i will also be moving my HIO shares to my SMSF where there is absolutely no point in touching it until it fruits before my retirement which is not until another 25 years, assuming the pension age remains the same.
