Kirkwood was an expert in selling companies and likely small caps while he was in IB at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse - that is what I have gathered from my research - can this be denied? Why was this his main selling point when coming in to HIO - it was literally the first pro that was spruiked in the announcement.
