What will he be doing??

hes an investment banker so will he be able to get us funding? will he get us investors?

will he get us good deals or give his investment banker friends good deals ???

tell me why Kirkwood is better than the last guy? "The appointment strengthens the Board and aligns with Hawsons’ future strategic direction" - according to this is strengthens the board but does not say why. does it strengthen it because we got rid of the last one and of course any new appointment would "strengthen" the board? or does it strengthen because hes better than Kirkwood?

give him stock options - jack all money if he doesn't give us an investment deal and a huge payout if he gets investor money in our mine
