I think with TMZ soon to be trading again, is there a way, that we can stop the company selling their shares off the market to some fantasy low prices, just to get money in for the directors salaries ? Its super unfair for us Shareholders who have bought stocks on the market and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, only because the management just do that. The whole idea of the ASX is to make sure, stocks are traded on a agreed price. I would feel, its unlawful, to issue huge amounts of new stock without current shareholders approval and give them away for peanuts.
