Frustration aside, we as investors/punters are so accustomed too high $ salaries, shares and options that never turn out a true value for the company and its SH.... A more realistic package would be a baseline salary with incentives in shares and options at predetermined achievable price points, imagine the competitive nature of management and % increase in companies achieved goal points, would also weed out a lot of fat useless management. High value salary rewards comes with actually achieving end goals. Yes i could be dreaming but the system is broken and riddled with ineffective management. Ju
