I mean feel free to correct me on the price if you know more - just bringing a balanced view that Tim is getting rewarded but no one really knows for what. We're years away (as per current plan and comms) and there are some critical hurdles to land before we can confirm we're moving as planned. Its quite a payroll to carry while you're in the life support phase. I've seen some other juniors get excited at this point and then shoot themselves in the foot as one of the key hurdles fails.

I agree with the sentiment though, Pay Peanuts and get monkeys... Its all a fine balance. Hopefully, we will all hear shortly that the building blocks are in place and we're building phase 1.
