Although still completely up in the air as to the direction NTL will take going forward, has there ever been a better time to buy into the stock in the last 10 years than it is now (I didn't in my wildest dream expect to be asking that in 2021)?

I'm now glad I hung on to 5% of the shares of what I once held & not that far off changing my sentiment from hold to buy!
