with Don V and Lucio now running the show, NXS could well be a juicy prospect for a number of ambitious non-exec directors to put their hands up for. Yes, there's history but in many ways it's also a blank sheet moving forward as to how things are handled from here. the board will be uber-strategic and if successful, there will be lots of ego-boosting kudos to go around.

as the recruitment process moves forward, each appointment should further enhance shareholder confidence (if their selections are positive of course - but i can't imagine Don or Lucio hiring bunnies)
