What proof you boofhead! Some people think things are lining up for a takeover (delays in production & sales, changes to management structure, and the fact that BOT management have made no secret that that is an option) - they may be right or they may be wrong. Nobody is saying that is 100% what is going to happen and so nobody needs to provide you 'proof'. Geez, lighten up a little.
