1. Yeah, but they're not basing the available US market on number of scripts sold in Japan. Apples and oranges. Available US market is what it is.
2. I agree EH are being very, very modest. But also remember that Japan sells scripts for $70, not $700. The cost of living there is NOT 10 times cheaper than the US. Also, Japanese have 4 times the prevalence for AH. So I can't imagine the same direct correlation of Japan v US.
But still, I do think the EH is overly conservative and I do think the market is missing the mark. I think offers starting with $ signs will be very reasonable soon.
