Yes, US and Japan marker is different but there some things in common...
1. Insurance covers them
2. Popularity of the drug in Japan...on the second year and already 150 000 prescription
3. US population is larger..it gives good indication..
4. Going by penetration rate in US from total suffereres is very general..i would rather compare it to Japan..
5. Cost of production will be.minimal...Japan sells for usd 75 and still makes money...this COGS in Euroz report is blown out..
