At last, all the pieces are in place for the next stage of growth, Nearmap’s previous CTO position left by Paul Lapstun is finally filled.
In case anyone is wondering, Paul has started up Vergent Research, a hardware company specialising in advance imaging and display technologies. I wish Paul all the best, who knows, perhaps one day he will sell some futuristic holographic hardware display back to Nearmap so customers can explore detail Nearmap 3D terrains in all its extravagant holographic glory!
