"engineering design is expected to be completed by Q2, 2024, with design execution commencing in Q3 2024" - what is design execution - is that when you build something? So, all goes well this time next year, they will start on a build.
IMO - the most concerning thing is that they are still sorting out the product finishing - as Roly said in that last video, every customer in the HPA space is after a slightly different form of HPA (sintered or not, particle size etc.). They are still developing those processes, which would suggest that any talk of offtake is much further out than folks think - it doesn't sound like they can send customers HPA to a requested specification - not yet anyway.
It just never feels like it's getting any closer.
And why are they calling it 'small scale' - could have been Phase 1 or something that isn't small.
