Yes, more drain on cash. A CR would be imminent one should think. Hopefully us retail will get the opportunity to participate.
I see this an important part and totally necessary to fast track the "Definitive Estimated Capital and Operating Cost"
We should know from there a go forward decision I would think, and this decision should be another definite SP re-rate catalysts.
