Now that we have enough money in the bank to last years, brokers won't mess around with the SP in the knowledge they will get a look in for raising. It is one of the things I look at as a positive - I have a disdain for most brokers that is fever pitch. They effectively earn a minimum of 21% for raising money and as far as OCC is concerned, that gravy train is not there for them now.

Let the Company go through the motions, they are headed in the right direction. Just don't expect to be rewarded within 5 miliseconds. 3 to 5 year time horizon.
