    One thing Phil - is the word "worth" is very subjective (just like the word "value") and, unfortunately, some employees have differing beliefs when interpreting them both.

    Also, when the salary being paid is $300k, I don't believe it should be necessary to incentivise them with options, warrants or whatever else in order for them to want to perform at their best. If they are not performing at their best for $300k, then they shouldn't be there in the first place.

    IMHO, it has been the very high remuneration + incentives that have contributed to the company struggling to make a profit.
