Wtf?
Nicki Anderson was only appointed Chair a mere few months ago. The BoD has royally screwed up here if they are sacking her only months after they appointed her (after an “extensive search” blah blah”). Either that or Nicki didn’t like what she saw and decided to jump ship. Both scenarios are cause for alarm for investors, especially given the lack of transparency around potential termination payments etc
