Not a good look...not even 3 months in the job and several other announcements later... Hard to tell much re Nicki's track record...except that she's been on the Select Harvest's Board since 2016 and Funtastic was delisted, so yeah...and some other NFP Boards. Hmm...from a governance perspective, Board is technically 'independent' but I think we need a little more detail here. Hopefully, HPP will have an investor webinar accompanying their FY results and the hard questions can be asked. Not good for the sp in the meantime.
