Good point ..wouldn't a court case slow this whole scam down a bit ?? This is simply a bunch of executives , who have been around since the Marwood days simply throwing in the towel , & getting a nice severance package . Wonder how many shares were acquired,by sellout loser executives...leading up to this fiasco ?? I would be looking at lower members in the pecking order !
