This alone is enough to lift a 96m company to much more.
But we also have a mining license and an update BFS at a time when lynas has over 900m cash, i.e they are raking it in!Risk return on this is getting well in favour of longs.

Meanwhile the macro is all bottoming out, markets on Wednesday will confirm this if as I expect the fed raises significantly and the market rallys into the close and ends marginally down.
