I think we just flushed $100,000 in additional director fees down the toilet... $1500 a day double dipping fee x by a couple of months... without a single market update.
If he was negotiation a deal he wouldn't step away from it mid negotiation and hand it to someone mid deal.
But hey it's only $100,000
As for the new bloke wanting his addition payment and original payment converted to shares ($75,000)
I agree that whatever scheme of deal making they have on the burners will be announced soon - but probably after shareholders agree to pay him in shares rather than cash. Self interest and greed works well in small companies
