well triage you are spot on. i have communicated with Peter many times since he is onboard and for sure he is the driving force behind BRB, the sales of Manna, the rerate and the appointment of Sam as CEO. luckily he is on board and the best thing what could have happened to this sleeping beauty. he must also have been aware of Tom' shortcomings as the right person for the next phase and even though i am just assuming this part, he must have been the main reason behind the colonel' move.
