Would you mind giving more detail in regard to the posited "problem"?
I would agree that the promotion of Mr Thurn to a corporate position as opposed to a head operations role will be helpful to the end goal. Past success doesnt ensure future success but his track record (along with Matt's) would suggest they are now better positioned than most.
