There was a massive corporate action (in fact two) and the ASX, as it does, was disseminating the incorrect mkt cap and someone probably got that wrong (I did point out on here) and paid $0.755 probably not understanding the basis of quotation whilst the action outcome was pending.
That said a $4.5 million cap for a company with a $18.7m partnership with the Singapore Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and the National Dental Centre; and $1.6 million sales, growing at 50%, is also a bit stupid. Cash concerns weigh on the share price, excessively so in my opinion on forward extrapolation of revenues and costs and a good chance of a partnership with upfront and milestone payments around the corner.
Another boom or bust prospect priced too low towards bust, IMO.
