There are many angry shareholders over at EGO. So without knowing much about exactly what went wrong there, I find the inclusion of employment T&C in this announcement very, very interesting. Certainly not in any of the ASX listed companies that I invested in the past.

"The Company may terminate the Executive's employment within the first year of service by giving
one month’s notice to the Executive. Thereafter the notice period shall be three months."
