Lots of risk. There are many moving parts. Lots of standard clauses there and it’s interesting they don’t regard the approval of the CFDA as a material risk. That should rerate the stock regardless but that is also a timing outcome.
The stock is volatile from $2.80 -$90c with a placement at $1.25 in between. Not for the faint hearted but right now they are making progress and have the money to move forward. People can make up their own minds. Dyor
