They forecast 8 MW of new capacity (circa 2 new plants) started in 2017, they didn't forecast 5,000 new deals by April.
As long as >= 8 MW of new capacity has started by the end of the year management have met or exceeded forecasts.
These are the only timelines management have announced so these are the only timelines we should be using as a proxy of performance.
