I know the roles of MD/ CEO intimately for more than 20+ years and dealing with Brokers and Promoters similarly.
I was clearly alluding to the promoter sponsor language used vague non-specific task/ role formal qualifications ... indeed !
Moreover, I am both in both CXO and LTR none of which promoted than NED to MD
After an extensive executive search for our next MD - the winner is - the guy at the end of the table !!
But, Thx we move on ...
