The only way to supply low sulphur diesel to the North West is to import it or buy it from BP Kwinana.
I recently worked on one of Kwinana's low sulphur diesel plants where it was upgraded to produce more 20ppm diesel which is the spec for Australia. (finally caught up to Europe). An H2S scrubber would only be useful to remove H2S from the Natural Gas prior to exporting it to the gas main. H2S and sulphur can only be removed by BPs Hydrofiner Units.
