Hi Uni, but they won't really be independent, will they, if they are there to look after their own vested interests. What chance does Conidi have as our only Independent Director, maybe we need to pay him more.

Do we have corporate governance principles that dictate a ratio of truely independent directors to non independent ones.

Perhaps we could also look for a suitably qualified female for a more diverse representation, somebody like Professor Shirley Meng or someone of equivalent calibre in the Battery sector.
