I am disappointed with the rights issue. My question is how do U maintain this big dividend yield with all this extra equity. Debt is cheap now, commercial property prices are rising, leave the fund alone! The raising dilutes existing holders or forces them to cough up more money. I would have raised enough new equity to just pay off the convertible notes. the only winners are the advisers and the fund manager.
