Interesting that Tolga did an interview today with * (who were also used by BLZ for paid advertising to promote this announcement) where he said his tip for picking juniors is to choose companies that have 'management with skin in the game'.

As per p12 of the FY17 Annual Report, key management personnel at BLZ do not hold any shares in the company.

Josh Puckridge, the Chairman, has 2MM options only... 20% of what they handed to TK and EC today.

Does TK like this company to the point that he's willing to overlook his own advice?

Or was he happy to collect an $800,000 in-the-money pay cheque that:

1) offers him great potential upside if it works out; but also
2) means he can wash his hands of any responsibility it it fails as he's merely an 'advisor'...

Not sure what to make of this.
