So since the announcement that we are going to break up our company into two separate ones, AJQ's share price has plunged by well over 60%, i.e., 6.5cps to 2.6cps. Are we still waiting for Sept before demerger occurs? No one seems to know what shareholders of AJQ will receive other than a possible allocation of shares in the new company and AJQ having less or no debt.
We all know that the AJQ directors will secure places in the new company so their pays will increase, if not double, accordingly. Mather will again be the biggest winner, as is the usual result in any and all companies he controls. Has anyone got any updated information as to the civil court case from the fracking fiasco. When will that be resolved and can we look forward to increased production of gas that can be sold. Our BOD are certainly keeping us informed!
