On the downside, he went from Seek (got the flick when company restructured?) to a struggling minnow and then on to a company that ended up in liquidation.
On the upside, he is a Melbourne lad, so one would think that DW found it easy to run the ruler over him. And I bow to his judgment.
If he is competent, keen to escape past bad choices so was not pushy about remuneration but very keen to deliver, then it may be a good appointment.
As usual, time will tell.
